Was there any form of "team" in place before you started using Fancorps? There was always fans helping out at shows that we would try to organize from time to time but we could never figure out the proper way to manage them.
You guys have made great use of the General Store to reward your members. Has that feature made it easier to track activity and give back to the active teamers? The store is a GREAT incentive to motivate members and it makes us feel better knowing they are getting something for their hard work.
Have the communication tools within Fancorps (Messaging, Orders, Forums) made it easier to keep the team up to date and working on tasks you need help with? Yes. We can message individual members in certain areas which makes last minute ideas come to life. There's no delay on waiting for members to get back to us on Orders. |
